05/17/25 Trust Him in the Hurting

Life doesn’t always go the way we expect. We face losses we didn’t see coming, prayers that seem unanswered, and seasons where we feel like we’re walking through darkness alone. But even in those moments, God remains faithful.

God’s faithfulness isn’t measured by how easy our lives are, it’s seen in how He sustains us through the storm. He never promises to shield us from every hardship, but He does promise to walk with us, to give us strength when we’re weak, and to bring beauty out of our brokenness.

Think about the cross. At the darkest moment in history, when hope seemed lost, God was at work redeeming the world. That same God is with you now, working behind the scenes, even when you can't feel it.

Hold on to Him. When your heart is heavy and your prayers are raw, trust that God is still holding you. He is not just present in the good times, He is especially faithful in the hard times.

Lord, thank You for never leaving my side. When life is hard and I feel weary, remind me of Your faithfulness. Help me trust You even when I don’t understand what You’re doing. Strengthen my faith and carry me through. Amen.
